SH2-174 is a planetary nebula located in the constellation Cepheus about 1000 to 1200 AL from Earth.
This is an image made with my askar 140 APO refractor.
Having made a galaxy, I wanted to test 2 NP (this one and the Jones-Emberson 1 nebula (headphone nebula) that I haven't processed yet)
I shot JNER 1 at the beginning of the night at zenith and then sh2-174 when it started to rise, over a period of 8 nights.
However, situated close to the polar, the light pollution from Nancy was right in the middle of it.
Despite that, the 30 hours still helped me to pick up quite a lot of detail and the Ha in the background. Without light pollution, I could have tried to pick up the surrounding dust, but that wasn't possible.
