Barnard 11 and Thor's Lightning
LDN 1400 is a very large region, which also includes the dark nebulae Barnard 8-9, 11 and 13, which hide the object SNR G150.3+4.
By studying the data and with their fantastic collaborative image, Nicolas Martino and Yann Sainty discovered the remnant of a supernova composed of a vast area of hydrogen and O3 filaments.
I have been working on this project for over two years and knew very well that it would require quite a long integration.
Today, I am showing you my result with the dark nebulae of the Giraffe constellation mixed with oxygen and hydrogen.
